Charge or Injection Anionic Detergent

Soft Kleen Xtra’s unique formulation neutralizes electrical charges to control static. Use in a one- or two-bath cleaning process, as either a charge or injection detergent. 

Great for cleaning heavily soiled loads. Leaves garments feeling soft while eliminating static and linting.

Charged Solvent Systems

Initial Charge – 1 gallon per 100 gallons of solvent in system, plus ¼ gallon for each large absorption cartridge filter (if any).

To Maintain Charge- Add 1 ¼ ounces for each gallon of new or recovered solvent added to system. (Add about 10 oz. for each 100 lbs of clothes cleaned.)

Injection Systems

First initially condition system with 1 gallon Soft Kleen Xtra for each 100 gallons of solvent in work tank and filter, plus ¼ gallon for each large adsorption cartridge (if any).

Then inject 1 to 2 oz. Soft Kleen Xtra per 10 lbs. load at start of filter run.

If prerinse uses distilled solvent or no prerinse is used, inject 1 oz. per 10 lbs.

If prerinse uses solvent from work tank, inject 2 oz. per 10 lbs.
