Please note that while we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions and traffic delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Processing Time

Online (GarmentCleaningSupply.com) and Email (Info.GCSupply@gmail.com) orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after order is confirmed. Text (718-729-7291) and phone (973-777-7764) orders are processed on regular business hours (Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm). When the orders are placed on weekends or holidays, it will be processed on the next 1-2 business days.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping for orders over $100 within New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut (selected areas). $10 shipping charge will apply to orders under $100. NOT all areas in these States are covered.

Shipping Methods

We deliver our products with our own drivers and trucks for a personalized delivery service. Pick-up and walk-in customers are always welcomed to our location at 1700 Palisade Avenue | Teaneck, NJ 07666.

Delivery Time

We have a set scheduled delivery day for different areas we service. Please refer to the set scheduled delivery day for your area on this website. Most areas are scheduled once a week.

Tracking Information

You will be notified on what date your delivery is set to arrive. It will be delivered between the hours of 8am-5pm. Due to different circumstances, we are unable to provide you with time slots for your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We do NOT deliver or bring items to basements or any floors other than the ground floor due to legal or logistical reasons. If located other than the ground floor, we will deliver on the ground floor to your delivery address.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If an item is missing or arrives damaged, please call us immediately at 973-777-7764 or text us at 718-729-7291 for assistance. We will contact our delivery driver to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

• Return Eligibility:

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom-made, perishable, or clearance items.

• Exchange Process:

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement item you would like when contacting customer service. We will ship the exchange item and credit the original item once we receive the return eligible item.

• Refund:

We do not issue any refunds, just exchanges and credits.
