Perk Sheen 324 detergent is a premium charge detergent that provides superior cleaning by controlling moisture to prevent redeposition of soil. Leaves garments with a soft finish and like-new appearance.

For Use In Charged Solvent Systems

When adding Perksheen 324 for the first time, to ensure the best results, start with new or distilled solvent in the working tank and filter system. Purge all old detergent from the addition pump and detergent feed lines.

First Time Charge

For best results, a charge of 1% should be maintained. 

Add Perksheen 324 at a rate of 13 oz. per 10 gallons (or 100 ml per 10 L) of solvent in work tank, piping, and filter plus ¼ gallon (950 mL) for each large adsorption cartridge (if any).

To Maintain Charge

Add Perk Sheen 324 at a rate of 1.25 ounces for each gallon (or 10 mL per 1 L) of new or recovered solvent added to work tank or, if easier, add 12 ounces per 100 lbs (or 80 ML for each 10 Kg) of load cleaned.

For Machines Equipped with Injectors

Inject Perk Sheen 324 at a rate of 1 to 2 oz per 10 lbs (or 65-130 mL per 10 kg) of load at start of filter run to maintain charge.
