Directions for Use

Injection Systems

First Initially condition system with 1-2 gallons of DFB Xtra for each 100 gallons of solvent in work tank and filter, plus ¼ gallon for each adsorption cartridge (if any). Then inject 2-4 ounces of DFB Xtra per 10 pound load at start of filter run.

If pre-rinse uses distilled solvent or no pre-rinse is used, inject 2 ounces per 10 pounds.

If pre- rinse uses solvent from work tank, inject 4 ounces per 10 pounds for best results.

Charged Solvent Systems

Initial Charge- Add 2 gallons of DFB Xtra per 100 gallons of solvent in the system, plus ¼ gallon for each large adsorption cartridge in the filter (if any).

To maintain charge – (20 drops using ADCO test kit). Add 2 ½ ounces of ounces of DFB Xtra for each gallon of new distilled or reclaimed solvent added to the system.
