Mega Bryte

Mega Bryte is an innovative, one-shot, mildly built powdered detergent. It contains oxygen bleach, a low-temperature bleach catalyst, and a blend of enzymes for removing body oils, food stains, blood, albumen, and other bodily secretions.

Pariser developed Mega Bryte specifically for professional shirt launderers, linen supply, hospital laundry, and nursing home applications. This unique merging of enzyme technology with low-temperature wash chemistry allows for balance and broad-spectrum targeting over a broad range of soil classifications. Additionally, the product contains a significant water conditioner level for hard water applications.

Performance

Mega Bryte contains non-toxic, non-pathogenic microorganisms that produce enzymes capable of hydrolyzing a wide variety of triglyceride soils into free fatty acid, mono, and diglycerides, all of which are more soluble than the fatty substances in the wash liquor.

The enhanced dispersing characteristics accelerated the product's reaction times, well within the time constraints of existing wash formulas. Mega Bryte works well in hard water conditions without phosphate usage and within the broad range of temperatures typically found in on-premise laundries. Levels of local rinse water bicarbonate alkalinity will determine if souring is necessary.

Directions
