Bio-Zyme is a ready-to-use enzyme formulation for the professional wet cleaner designed to liquefy and digest proteins, cellulose, starch, fats, oils, and greases at an accelerated rate. Its Liquid Bio-Active Formulation, for Wet Cleaning and Special Application Garment Spotting has an impressive 200 Billion Bacterial count per gallon.
It is a safe, natural processing agent for the elimination of the cause of odors. Bio-Zyme aids in the
removal and hydrolyzation of animal excretion and other protein-sourced soils and odors from a
variety of items including horse blankets, comforters, sleeping bags, and other washable items
contaminated with body excretions, organic odors, and blood.
Bio-Zyme also has specific usage as a carpet spotter when treating organic stains of the
above-listed types on sensitive fibers.
Bio-Zyme contains a select blend of highly active and safe microorganisms which digest
cellulose, oil, grease, and fat buildup with or without the presence of air. The product
incorporates a synergistic blend of surfactants for superior wetting and suspension capability

Effective pH range: 4.5 – 9.0 (for wet cleaning, pH is best kept on the acid side, 4.5 – 6.0)
Spotting board: A stock solution can be prepared with 3 parts of water to 1 part Bio-Zyme ,
then sprayed onto washable fabrics. Processed items should be allowed to sit damp for
30–60 minutes before washed.
Washers: Bio-Zyme can be added to the break operation of wet-cleaning machines at a rate of
5–10 ounces of concentrate per 50-pound machine capacity (1–2 ounces per 10 pounds of
garments). Water temperatures can range from 60º–110ºF and hold times will vary depending
upon the degree of soil contamination.
Carpet spotter: Remove excess waste. Test for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area. Mix
1 part product with 2 parts water, and clean area (use mixed solution within 2–4 hours). For
severe spots, use undiluted. Repeat procedure as necessary for persistent problems.
While non-toxic in nature, avoid breathing product mist. Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds.
Wash hands after handling. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of
water. If ingested, drink water to dilute, and call physician.
