Pre-spotter for Drycleaning Systems

Boot is a crystal clear, non-fatty acid, spot, soil and stain spray spotter and a drycleaning detergent booster.

Safe on all fabrics not affected by water or solvent. No brushing, rubbing, or tamping is necessary.

Directions

Spray or Brush Method

Mix 1 part Boot spray spotter with 4 parts of water.* Spray or apply by hand the 1:4 mixture on and around the stained or soiled areas. No brushing or rubbing is necessary. Set aside 15-20 minutes to allow moisture to evaporate. Run treated garments in regular dry cleaning system.

Boot spray spotter will rinse completely from fabrics.

Cleaning heavily soiled loads in the wheel

Boot spray spotter is a valuable time saver when used to supplement regular dry cleaning detergents. BOOT spray spotter can be used to clean entire loads of heavily soiled garments right in the wheel.

Basic formulas for use in dry cleaning machine

Regardless of load classification always use 1oz. BOOT Spray spotter for every 10 pounds of garments. Only the quantity of the added moisture will change.

Hard Heavy/Soiled Garments (e.g., raincoats, cottons, summer trousers.) 3 minutes on filter. Shut off filter. Add 1 to 1 ½ oz. water with 1 oz. Boot spray spotter for each 10 pounds in wheel. Run for 7 minutes off filter (batch process). 3 minutes on filter.

Soft/Soiled Garments (e.g., wools, acetates, knits.) 3 minutes on filter. Shut off filter. Add ½ water with 1 oz. Boot spray spotter for each 10 pounds in wheel. Run for 5 minutes off filter (batch process). 3 minutes on filter.

Delicate/Soiled Fabrics (e.g., furniture covers, drapes, whites.) 3 minutes on filter. Shut off filter. Add only 1 oz. Boot spray spotter for each 10 pounds in wheel. Use no water. Run for 4 minutes off filter (batch process). 3 minutes on filter. *BOOT spray spotter will gel if frozen. Warm and shake before use if frozen.
